The composition of the menu will be defined by the Chef, thus remaining a surprise. According to seasonal arrivals from the Market at the best quality/price ratio.

Seniors Formula
As part of the Association des Étoiles d'Alsace, we offer a package for “Always Young People” over 60 years old, valid only during the week, at lunch (excluding public holidays and public holidays).

These youth and senior options are only offered as part of “Gift Vouchers”, and not available on our Restaurant Menu.
